Alsani Digital Services is an officially authorized NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. We only provide services that are authorized under the NADRA E-Sahulat program. For any other NADRA services (such as NICOP, POC, or overseas applications), we recommend using the official NADRA app or portal. However, if you face any difficulty setting up or applying through the NADRA platform, we are happy to assist and guide you through the process in person.
We are an official NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise Holder — not an unauthorized or third-party agent.

Smart NIC Reprint
Lost / Damaged CardFor lost or damaged Smart National ID Cards. Your expiry date does NOT change with this option.
Important Notes
- Customer visit is mandatory for fingerprint & facial verification
- Expiry date remains unchanged — this is a reprint only, not a renewal
- No modifications or corrections can be made under this option
- Bring your ID card number, a photocopy, or a photo of the original card
Required Documents
- ID Card number / photocopy / photo of old card
- Personal visit is mandatory (biometric verification)
Smart NIC Renewal
Expired CardFor expired Smart National ID Cards. Card must be expired AND at least 2 months must have passed since the expiry date.
Important Notes
- Card must already be expired — this option does not apply for valid cards
- At least 2 months must have passed since the card expiry date
- Customer visit is mandatory for fingerprint & facial verification
- No modifications or corrections can be made under this option
Required Documents
- Original expired CNIC / photocopy / photo
- Personal visit is mandatory (biometric verification)
B-Form (Child Registration Certificate)
Children Under 10Register your child with NADRA to obtain a B-Form (CRC). Applicable for children under 10 years of age only.
Important Notes
- All children must be under 10 years old to use this service
- Child must be brought in person for registration
- Union Council Birth Certificate is required if making B-Form for the first time
- For children over 10 years, a different NADRA process applies — please contact us for guidance

- Union Council Birth Certificate (mandatory for first-time B-Form)
- Both parents' original CNICs
- Child must be present in person
New Smart ID Card / Modification
First Time / Data ChangesFor first-time Smart ID Card applicants and for any corrections or modifications to existing card data.
Important Notes
- Covers first-time Smart ID card applications for new applicants
- Includes name, address, photo, or other data corrections on existing cards
- Children's first-time Smart ID Cards also fall under this category
- All applicants must visit in person for biometric verification
