LRMIS Punjab

Domicile Certificate

Apply for domicile certificate through your local DCO office

Steps

  1. 1Collect application form from DCO office
  2. 2Attach CNIC, B-Form, and father's CNIC
  3. 3Submit to District Administration office
  4. 4Collect certificate within 7-15 working days

Birth / Death Certificate

Register births and deaths and get official certificates

Steps

  1. 1Visit your Union Council / NADRA E-Sahulat
  2. 2Provide hospital records or witness affidavit
  3. 3Pay nominal fee
  4. 4Receive certificate within 3-5 days

Driving License

Apply for new or renewal driving license via Licensing Authority

  2. 2Get medical fitness certificate
  3. 3Appear for written test
  4. 4Take driving test
  5. 5Receive license within 2-3 weeks
